Day 7 will demonstrate a few different 16th note based exercises focused on different hand-to-hand transitions and double strokes that will leave your hands burning.
After a week of new exercises we finish with probably the most musical exercises in the bunch. Work on these on a single drum or drum pad to start. Take it slow. But, once comfortable, possibly explore splitting your hands onto different surfaces or drums or playing the rhythms around the drum set. See what interesting sounds and patterns you can create using these exercises as templates.
